PRIVACY / DATA USE

Privacy
Policy.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how See-lah Systems handles information when you visit our website, contact us, or use a system, application or integration that we build or operate for an authorized client.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the See-lah Systems website and to applications, integrations, automations and related technical services provided by See-lah Systems where this policy is referenced.

Some systems are built for and operated on behalf of business clients. In those cases, the client may also have its own privacy policy and may determine why and how certain information is processed.

2. Information we process

The information processed depends on how you interact with us and on the system involved. It may include:

  • Contact information, such as your name, business name, email address and telephone number when you contact us or are an authorized business contact.
  • Project and configuration information supplied by a client so we can design, configure, support or troubleshoot a system.
  • Business communications and workflow data that pass through an automation or integration where processing is necessary to perform the requested workflow.
  • Platform data made available through authorized integrations, including information made available through Meta or the WhatsApp Business Platform where applicable to a client project.
  • Technical information, such as logs, error information, timestamps, identifiers or request metadata needed to operate, secure or troubleshoot a system.

This website itself does not currently provide user accounts, advertising tracking or an on-site contact form.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may still process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser/request metadata, as part of delivering and securing the website.

3. How we use information

We process information only for purposes connected to providing and supporting our business and requested services, which may include:

  • responding to business, technical or privacy enquiries;
  • designing, configuring and delivering automation or software requested by a client;
  • routing information between systems as part of an authorized workflow;
  • maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting and securing systems;
  • identifying and resolving operational errors or exceptions; and
  • meeting legal, contractual, platform or security obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use client operational data for third-party advertising.

4. Client and platform data

See-lah Systems develops systems that may integrate with third-party business platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, for authorized business clients.

Clients retain ownership and control of their own business assets, including their Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, business phone numbers, customer relationships and associated business information.

Access to client platform assets is provided through authorized processes and is used only to provide, maintain or support the systems and services requested by the client, subject to applicable platform terms and the client's instructions.

5. Service providers and connected services

A system may depend on service providers or connected platforms needed to perform the requested function. Depending on the project, these may include Meta or WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure providers, automation platforms, databases, spreadsheets, communications services and third-party APIs selected for that system.

Information is shared with or processed by those services only where necessary for the configured workflow, service delivery, security or support. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal or platform data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, to provide or support the relevant service, or to meet legitimate legal, contractual, security or compliance requirements.

Where information is no longer necessary, or where an applicable user or client requests deletion, we will delete or arrange deletion of applicable information without undue delay, except where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary for security, or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

For a step-by-step request path, see our Data Deletion page.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the systems we operate or support to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Where systems are operated within client-controlled accounts or infrastructure, security responsibilities may be shared between See-lah Systems, the client and the relevant platform or service provider.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on the context and applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you. We may need enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant system or client.

If the information is controlled by one of our business clients, we may direct the request to that client or work with them to respond appropriately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, systems, legal obligations or platform requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date will be published at this URL.
